Job summary

Enterprise Mobility’s National Car Rental brand in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. The role runs from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027, with 40 hours per week at $20.73/hour.

You will greet customers, explain rental terms, assist with directions, and handle reservations and inquiries. This full‑time seasonal position requires flexible scheduling across multiple options and a valid US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be willing to accept $20.73/hour.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Apart from religious observation, available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work any of the listed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with directions, maps, and local information for customers.

• Inspect rental condition at return and notify management of issues.
• Notify management of any known vehicle problems or maintenance needs.
• Continuously build knowledge through on‑the‑job training and company-sponsored programs.

This National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative.

This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

This pay for this position starts at $20.73/hour.

This position is located at 3900 NW 25th Str Miami, FL 33142.

This is a full time seasonal position (40 hours per week).

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedules below.

Schedules

• Schedule A: SUNDAY/SATURDAY: OFF, MONDAY-FRIDAY: 6am-2:30pm
• Schedule B: SUNDAY/MONDAY: OFF, TUESDAY-SATURDAY: 6am-2:30pm
• Schedule C: FRIDAY & SATURDAY: OFF, SUNDAY - THURSDAY: 11am - 7:30pm
• Schedule D: MONDAY & TUESDAY: OFF, WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY: 3:30pm-12am

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
