Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative for the North Miami, Hallandale, and Aventura area. The role oversees a friendly, efficient car rental experience, with starting between November 1, 2026 and ending by April 30, 2027.

Pay is $19 per hour with a schedule including weekdays and alternated weekends. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining rental terms and options, assisting with directions and local information, handling reservations and calls,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Willingness to work $19/hour.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
• Seasonal employment start no earlier than 2026-11-01 and end on or before 2027-04-30.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and other services including protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and equipment.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local area information.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and miscellaneous tasks.
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return.
• Notify Management of any known customer or vehicle issues.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training.

The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.

This pay for this position is $19/hour.

This role is specifically for the North Miami, Hallandale, and Aventura area.

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedule below

• Monday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Tuesday 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Wednesday 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Saturday OFF
• Sunday OFF
• Alternating weekends On/Off

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
