North Carolina State University is seeking a Retreat and Events Associate to lead the retreat and rental programs at the Betsy Jeff Penn 4-H Educational Center. This role involves overseeing program delivery, facility operations, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for planning fundraising events, developing marketing strategies, and enhancing community engagement in programs.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years experience working in a seasonal or year-round camp environment.
• Experience coordinating retreats, group rentals, special events, or similar programs.
• Experience with program planning, event logistics, and participant/customer support.
• Experience developing marketing, communications, social media, or community outreach initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Oversee weekend rental and retreat groups throughout the calendar year.
• Coordinate the planning and successful implementation of Betsy's Bash fundraising event.
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote programs.
• Support development of age-appropriate programs aligned with 4-H and ACA guidelines.
