Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and help with questions about store merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies on payments and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and thefts and know how to respond.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays, organize fixtures and shelving, and complete price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable, supporting Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and handle special project duties as assigned.
