Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate to help deliver an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role includes greeting customers, processing transactions at the POS, and assisting with merchandising while keeping the store clean and well-organized.

You will work with the store team to ensure policies are followed, merchandise is displayed properly, and security protocols are observed. Flexible scheduling, including holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to support Buckle's mission.
• Monitor security and follow Buckle policies and procedures.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
