BYLT Premium Basics is seeking a Retail Associate in the Retail Operations department. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented and passionate about people, capable of educating customers to become product experts and outfit customers for any occasion.

They will embody the BYLT mindset and be an ambassador for the brand. Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving sales through engagement and product knowledge, and maintaining a neat sales floor.
