Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to deliver an excellent experience.
• Drive sales through engagement, upselling, and product knowledge.
• Keep the sales floor neat and merchandised per BYLT guidelines.
• Inform clientele about promotions and upcoming merchandise.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with inquiries.
• Process payments via cash, gift cards, store credit, or cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
