BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist in a customer-focused role within the Marketing-Retail department. The ideal candidate inspires as a product expert, educating and outfitting customers for any occasion while upholding BYLT’s brand ambassador standards.

Responsibilities include engaging customers on the sales floor, driving sales through product knowledge, maintaining an organized store, and processing payments.

• Customer-service oriented and able to engage with customers to meet goals.
• Able to upsell and promote promotions to drive sales.
• Comfortable using technology to assist customers and complete transactions.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide the best experience.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggesting products, and sharing knowledge.
• Maintain a neat, tidy sales floor and merchandise garments per guidelines.
• Inform clientele of current promotions and upcoming merchandise of interest.
• Answer customer questions and assist with purchases and payments.
• Process transactions including cash, gift cards, store credit, and cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues and inventory needs.
• Support inventory tasks including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
