BYLT Premium Basics is seeking a Retail Associate to join our Retail Operations team in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers on BYLT products, and helping customers assemble complete outfits for any occasion.

You will greet customers, drive sales through engagement and upselling, and keep the sales floor clean and well merchandised. You will also handle transactions, assist with inventory, and support the store team during peak periods.

Competenze

Excellent communicator capable of using technology to engage customers and teammates.
Proven problem-solving ability with a focus on service and continuous improvement.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle issues professionally.
Ability to upsell and convey product knowledge to customers.
Familiarity with BYLT product lines and proper merchandising.
Reliable, dependable team member with basic math skills.
