BYLT Premium Basics is seeking a Retail Stylist to educate, inform, and outfit customers for any occasion. The role embodies a BYLT for you mindset and serves as a brand ambassador on the sales floor.

The candidate should be customer-service oriented, capable of driving sales through engagement and knowledge sharing, and able to maintain an inviting, well-merchandised environment while handling transactions and inventory support.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage with customers on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat, tidy sales floor; fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments per BYLT guidelines.
• Inform clientele of current promotions and upcoming merchandise of interest.
• Respond to customer questions and process financial transactions (cash, gift cards, store credits, cards).
• Alert management to potential security issues and assist with inventory receiving and stocking.
• Other duties as assigned.
