Job summary

BYLT Premium Basics is seeking a Retail Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor, educate shoppers about BYLT products, and drive sales through engagement and knowledge. This role supports inventory, merchandising, and POS transactions in a fast-paced store environment.

Candidates should be customer-focused, dependable, and capable of handling promotions and multiple duties, including lifting merchandise and working varied hours.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year+ retail experience.
• Cash handling & POS experience preferred.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor per BYLT guidelines to maximize selling opportunities.
• Inform clients about current promotions and upcoming merchandise of interest.
• Respond to customers’ questions.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit or other cards.
• Alert management of potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
