Job summary

Michaels Stores in Shreveport-Bossier City, LA, is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and process quick checkouts.

You will assist with stocking, planograms, and omni-channel duties like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, contributing to a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Ideal candidates may have retail or customer service experience; physical tasks, standing long hours, and flexible shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Sixteen (16) years or older per U.S. policy

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Stocking, planograms (POGs), and merchandise recovery
• Support store compliance, SOPs, and safety programs
• Cross trained in framing selling and production
