Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Brea, CA is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will assist with unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining store recovery to keep the merchandise looking its best.

Expect evenings, weekends, and early mornings. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep stock organized.
• Maintain store recovery standards to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store).
• Enroll customers in Michaels Rewards program and Voice of Customer surveys.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; support shrink and safety programs.
