Job summary

Michaels Knoxville is hiring for a store role focused on delivering friendly customer service and efficient checkout experience. You will assist customers, handle cash, and participate in stocking, merchandising, and store recovery tasks to keep the floor in-stock and visually appealing.

Responsibilities include promoting rewards programs, supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and following SOPs and company policies while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Familiarity with checkout procedures and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Promote benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in unloading, stocking and planogram implementation.
• Maintain store recovery, returns process, and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs; comply with SOPs and company policies.
