Job summary

Michaels Stores in Knox-Maryville, TN is hiring a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. You’ll ensure a fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standard while unloading trucks and stocking merchandise.

The role involves merchandising, planograms, store recovery, and omni-channel support including BOPIS and SFS. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support store recovery, merchandise returns, and in-stock conditions.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
