Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Cash handling to standards; friendly checkout.
• Sixteen years or older per policy.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with BOPIS and SFS processes.
• Stock, unload trucks, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery and merchandise returns; maintain in-stock status.
