Job summary

Michaels in Kennewick, WA is looking for a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock merchandise to support our brand promises.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments, and participate in omni-channel processes while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to assist with stocking, checkout duties, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, planograms (POGs), and merchandise recovery
• Participate in SISO and AD set duties as assigned
