Job summary

Michaels Pitt-Waterfront is seeking a store team member to help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining well-merchandised, in-stock shelves across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and enrollments
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Support SISO and AD set duties; store recovery and in-stock maintenance
