Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to assist with truck unloading and stocking.
• Respectful, positive communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Perform store in stock optimization and merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
