Michaels in Cedar Knolls, NJ is hiring a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and process fast checkouts. You will assist with stocking, merchandising, and participate in curbside/online pickup processes.

The role requires standing for long periods and light lifting as part of daily duties. You’ll engage customers with the Rewards program enrollment, support framing services, and collaborate with store teams to maintain a well-organized, in-stock

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
