Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Seasonal Service Team Member at Store - Toledo North, OH. You will assist customers, operate the register, and help keep the floor stocked and welcoming.

You’ll unload trucks, stock merchandise, perform store recovery, and participate in planograms and SISO duties while providing a fast, friendly checkout experience. This role requires standing for long periods and flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandising duties, including stock and planograms.
• Support store recovery, Ad sets, SISO, and inventory processes.
• Engage customers in loyalty programs and surveys; follow SOPs.
