Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, maintaining planograms, supporting store recovery, safety, and policy compliance, and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Must be at least sixteen years old and able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Able to operate a cash register and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery standards.
• Participate in BOPIS/SFS processes and frame shop duties as needed.
• Support safety, shrink, and adherence to company policies.
