Job summary

Michaels Casper is seeking a store customer service associate to help customers find products and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining stock levels across the store to support a well-merchandised shopping experience.

The role involves helping customers, promoting the Rewards program, and assisting with BOPIS and SFS processes. This position requires standing for long periods and flexibility for nights, weekends, and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stocking, truck unload, planograms, and store recovery duties.
• Support store shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
