Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for our customers and deliver exceptional service. You’ll educate shoppers about products and loyalty programs while guiding them through our omni-channel experience to strengthen brand loyalty.

Collaborating with leadership, you’ll help achieve store goals, keep the sales floor organized, and ensure a seamless customer journey across all channels with energetic, fashion-forward service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers, used in day-to-day operations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to drive sales and provide excellent service.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience using omni-channel offerings.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house as required.
