Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. – Pottery Barn in Tigard, OR is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage customers at the cash wrap, process transactions, and help drive sales.

You will share product knowledge, promote promotions, and foster a positive shopping experience across the store. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to operate POS system.
• Ability to lift and mobilize up to 75 lbs.
• Full-time associates require open availability; part-time requires weekend and 2 weekday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the cash wrap and provide personalized service.
• Accurately perform POS transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate promotions and product information to customers.
• Suggest additional merchandise to complete selections and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store standards at the cash wrap and ensure pricing accuracy.
