Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the cash wrap with personalized service.
• Accurately process register/POS transactions and handle returns/exchanges.
• Ensure accurate ringing and pricing of merchandise and apply price overrides when needed.
• Inform customers about promotions and product features to maximize sales.
• Maintain cash wrap area visuals and supplies and assist teammates as needed.
