• Assist in stocking and merchandising, and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; follow safety best practices.
