Job summary

Kirkland’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience following Kirkland’s Home customer service model. The role covers selling, cashiering, replenishing, floor sets, and cleaning under supervision.

The position emphasizes customer engagement, promotion education, and maintaining presentation and inventory accuracy on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

• Frequently positions self to retrieve and stock products in the stock room and sales floor and to place merchandise in bags.
• Must be able to constantly stand and move around the store to greet and assist customers.
