Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills Fort Worth is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (20-28 hours/week) for September through December. You will deliver warm, memorable customer experiences, build product knowledge, and support store presentation and team goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a team-first attitude, and comfort with POS systems and lifting up to 40 lbs. Weekend/evening availability is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-ready: able to navigate POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use).
