Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (16-20 hours/week) to join our store from November through January. You will deliver excellent customer service, build product knowledge, and help keep the store looking its best.

Responsibilities include processing sales, supporting inventory, and maintaining a welcoming environment while working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Benefits available for eligible employees.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use)
