Pendleton Woolen Mills is hiring a Seasonal Part-time Retail Sales Associate for our Monterey, CA store. This 16-hour/week role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building product knowledge, and maintaining attractive store presentation.

You will process sales, assist with inventory, and support a welcoming shopping environment. We value a positive, team-first attitude with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-friendly; comfortable with POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with physical demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 40 lbs).
