Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Fort Worth, TX store. This part-time role (20–28 hours per week) runs Sep–Dec and offers engaging customer interactions, product knowledge, and strong teamwork.

You will deliver friendly service, help customers, process transactions, and maintain store presentation in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use).
