Pendleton Woolen Mills is hiring seasonal, part-time Retail Sales Associates for our Lake Arrowhead, CA store. You will work 16-20 hours per week through early January, delivering excellent customer service and helping customers connect with Pendleton products.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is valued.

• Build product knowledge to help customers find quality solutions.
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system.
• Support inventory processes and help ensure stock accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team and management to meet store goals.
• Contribute to a clean, welcoming store environment.
