Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills in Reno, NV is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our store. This role is 15-20 hours per week from September through December, focusing on delivering warm, connective customer service and helping customers find products that fit their lifestyle.

You will support daily store operations, process transactions at the POS, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment while representing a heritage brand known for quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use).
