Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for our Eagan, MN store. This 15-20 hour/week position runs September through December and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and strong teamwork.

You'll engage customers, maintain store presentation, and process sales using the POS system, with a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings. Benefits include employee discounts and historical brand value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use).
