Job summary

Pendleton Woolen Mills in Bend, Oregon is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to help connect customers with products and create memorable experiences. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, maintain store presentation, and process transactions at the POS.

The role requires 2+ years in retail or customer service, strong communication, a team-first attitude, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. Benefits include employee discount, PTO, and health coverage where eligible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech-comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use).
