Pendleton Woolen Mills is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for our Pendleton, OR store. You will connect customers with Pendleton products, deliver friendly service, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires a 28-hour work week, including weekends. You will help with merchandising, transactions, and inventory tasks while representing a heritage brand known for quality and timeless style.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Tech‑comfortable: able to navigate POS systems and store tools.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role (standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, occasional ladder use).
