Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Layer personalized service into greeting, fitting room, and register interactions.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions.
• Understand importance of email capture and execute to standard.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to customer concerns.
• Answer telephone courteously and handle customer orders.
• Assist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain merchandising, presentation and display standards; keep the sales floor customer ready.
• Ensure cleanliness across sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area.
• Process register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
