Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock, unload trucks, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery and merchandise in-stock levels.
