Job summary

ALO in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing inventory, and keeping the store running smoothly. You’ll move dynamically on the floor, assist with shipment and replenishment, and partner with store leadership to meet goals.

The role requires 1+ year in client-centric environments, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work on a busy retail floor

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate inventory discrepancies with store leadership to improve processes
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and stock management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendor relationships and facilities to optimize operations
• Maintain safe, efficient stockroom standards and processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs
• Assist in processing shipment and ensuring product flow including visual merchandising and replenishment
• Use store metrics for business-driving decisions
• Resolve guest needs promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals
• Perform additional tasks to keep store clean, safe, inviting and efficient
