Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate for the Michigan Ave store in Chicago. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence through inventory control, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

You will work with store leadership to meet business goals during peak periods, maintaining safety and high standards on the floor and in back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operations environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, and vendor relations to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure a safe work environment with proper stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest demands.
• Execute operations directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
