Job summary

ALO in Westport, CT is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support store goals during peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand execution. You will manage inventory, assist shipments and replenishment, and uphold visual standards while collaborating with the store team.

The role requires 1+ year in client-centric sales/operations, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work during the Blackout period through the holidays.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Assist with shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient store operation.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Support Operations & Visual Management initiatives.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow including merchandising.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving decisions.
• Address client needs promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
