The position involves inventory management, shipments, replenishment, visual standards, and floor coverage while collaborating with leadership to maximize sales

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales and operational environment.
• Ability to move continuously and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong guest service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to improve gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery, and stock management.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and assist with floor sets.
• Collaborate with budgeting, vendor relationships, and facilities for efficient operations.
• Ensure a safe work environment with proper stockroom practices.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and guest demands.
• Support directives from the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow with merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to inform business-driving decisions and resolve guest needs promptly.
