Job summary

ALO seeks a Seasonal Operations Associate in Cerritos, CA to support peak periods with guest-focused service and strong operational execution. You will handle inventory, shipments, replenishment, and visual standards on the sales floor, collaborating with store leadership to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role emphasizes safe practice, teamwork, and using store metrics to drive improvements, with a base pay of $18.00/hour and a part-time schedule during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with store leadership to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Execute company directives with Operations & Visual Management teams.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow, including merchandising and replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and decision-making.
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs.
