Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate at our Newport Beach, CA location, working part-time up to 20 hours weekly. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through product expertise and operational excellence.

The base pay is $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for Monthly Store Incentive bonuses that may raise total compensation. Perks include employee discounts, clothing allowance, and Wellness Club access.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with the store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgeting, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
• Promote a safe, efficient operation through stockroom standards.
• Move on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service goals.
• Execute operations directives with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Assist with product flow and daily replenishment.
• Leverage store metrics to support business strategies.
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
