Job summary

ALO in Brea, CA is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life. Through authentic connection, product knowledge, and personalized service, you will drive operational excellence, maintain inventory accuracy, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.

Part-time schedule up to 20 hours per week with a starting base pay of $18 per hour, plus incentives; associates

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with the store team
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment activities
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Collaborate with budgeting, vendor relations, and facilities to optimize operations
• Uphold safety and stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests
• Assist in implementing company operations directives with the team
• Assist in product flow and visual merchandising
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure satisfaction
