Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Retail Operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplies for Office and Facilities needs; manage Grooming products for associates.
• Coordinate accounts payable approvals and invoice processing.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and compliance with company regulations.
• Coordinate engraving, embossing and accessory repair service processes with vendors.
• Assist inventory preparation and store-wide stock movement.
• Ensure accurate processing of incoming/outgoing merchandise per regulations.
• Handle transfer/shipping documents and related paperwork with accuracy.
• Execute Cash Office procedures and ensure POS audit compliance.
• Assist in replenishment of supplies as requested by management.
