ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards. This role emphasizes product knowledge, service, and teamwork to drive sales and operational excellence.

In this part-time, non-exempt position, you will handle inventory, replenishment, visual standards, floor recovery, and stockroom processes while staying active on the sales floor.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor updates.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operations and safety.
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs and guests.
• Assist with company-initiated operations projects with the Ops/VM team.
• Process shipments and ensure smooth product flow and replenishment.
• Use store metrics to guide actions and improve guest experiences.
• Resolve guest needs quickly and ensure satisfaction.
