Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store goals during peak periods and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes authentic connection, product knowledge, and service excellence to drive operational efficiency and customer loyalty.

You will move across the floor and stockroom, execute inventory, and assist with shipments and floor replenishment. This position requires physical stamina, a customer-first mindset, and alignment with ALO values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Constant movement required in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Stand for an entire shift with ability to move freely on the floor.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relations to optimize operations.
• Ensure safe work environment with stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Assist with company-level operations projects with the Ops & Visual team.
• Process shipments and support product flow with merchandising.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and guest satisfaction.
