The Buckle in Janesville is seeking a Store Support Teammate to help deliver an enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will greet Guests, handle transactions at the POS, and stay informed about current promotions and store policies.

As a part-time team member, you will support merchandising tasks, maintain a clean and organized store, and assist with transfers and price markdowns as needed. Flexibility with mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts is expected to meet business needs.

Aufgaben

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist in merchandising tasks, preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, completing price markdowns, and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
